Shipping Conditions 📦

Delivery is only available within Germany. Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping Costs (including VAT) 💰

We charge shipping costs per shipping box. One shipping box can hold up to two trays (24 x 330 ml cans). Therefore, it is advantageous for you to order two, four, or six trays at a time, as the shipping cost remains the same for every two trays.

The shipping categories are as follows:

- 1 shipping package with a maximum of 2 trays: €6.99 🚚
- 2 shipping packages with a maximum of 4 trays: €13.98 🚛
- 3 shipping packages with a maximum of 6 trays: €20.97 🚛

Currently, we can ship and process a maximum of six trays in three shipping boxes per order. If you wish to order larger quantities and benefit from discounts and business support as a B2B customer, you can register through our B2B form. There, you will receive exclusive terms for quantities and shipping. 📋💼

Delivery Times ⏳

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1 - 4 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless other arrangements have been made. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Shipping Carrier 🚀

Our packages are securely and reliably shipped with Hermes.

Accepted Payment Methods 💳

All payments are currently processed exclusively through our partner PayPal. PayPal is a widely used online payment service that allows you to pay securely and quickly on the internet. With a PayPal account, you can send and receive money without sharing your bank or credit card details with the recipient, providing a high level of security. PayPal also offers buyer protection if an item is not delivered or does not match the description. Signing up for PayPal is free, and you can use it in millions of online shops worldwide.

Shipping 🌍

We process your orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and ship on these days with our shipping partner Hermes. Shipping usually takes three to five working days.

If we have good, used boxes in stock, we use them for shipping. This saves us packaging and material costs, allowing us to invest more in our mission. Of course, we also do this for the sake of the environment. Thank you for your understanding! 🌱📦

Returns 🔄

Items can be returned to us within 14 days without giving any reason. Refunds for returns are processed promptly after the items have been received and inspected. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened multi-packs (trays of 24 cans) or damaged or opened goods.

Non-Acceptance 🚫

Simply refusing to accept the order does not constitute a valid withdrawal. The withdrawal requires a formless declaration – a short letter or an email is sufficient. If the order is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or non-collection from the nearest post office, additional return shipping costs and logistical effort will be incurred. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to have the order resent, additional shipping costs will apply, which must be borne by you. We reserve the right to send the goods only after receipt of payment for the additional shipping costs.
